Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using UniqueInfra's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

UniqueInfra provides construction and interior design services including but not limited to:

• Commercial construction projects
• Interior design and fit-out services
• Turnkey project solutions
• Project consultation and planning

Project Agreements

Quotations and Estimates

All quotations provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual project requirements, material costs, and unforeseen circumstances. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and subject to change due to factors including weather conditions, material availability, regulatory approvals, and client-requested modifications. We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeframe.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Typically, payment is structured in phases based on project milestones. Late payments may result in project delays and additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Obtain necessary permissions and approvals
• Ensure site access for our team and contractors
• Make timely decisions on design and material selections
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Comply with all applicable building codes and regulations

Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranties on our workmanship as specified in individual project contracts. Warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship for a period agreed upon at project commencement. Warranties do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper use or maintenance
• Modifications made by third parties
• Acts of nature or force majeure events

Limitation of Liability

UniqueInfra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials created by UniqueInfra remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use these materials for the specific project but may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract. Termination may result in charges for work completed and materials procured up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
